We all do it. We read a blog post - get very conceptual and strategic - and fire off a well-intentioned email to our team trying to provoke some thought by asking very high-level (sometimes rhetorical) questions.
The next time someone asks you a question like this in an email chain - answer it. And “reply all”. That’ll move things forward… *quickly*.

I see you’ve used my photograph, well part of it. Although you have included a link back to the origin it might have been nice to also have included a credit.
This particular photo has been used a few times now and I feel a little chuffed that people choose it. Just a pity I don’t get any money for it as well.
